3.Briyani

  • Briyani is one of the lunch time food in India.
  • We can cook biriyani with vegetables called Veg Biriyani.
  • If you are non-veg lover you can make Biriyani with chicken and mutton also.
  • Birani or briyani, is a mixed rice dish with its origins among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent.
  • It can be compared to mixing a curry, later combining it with semi-cooked rice separately.

4.Chicken Roll

  • The outer layer of the chicken roll is the bread.
  • Inside the bread  we have chicken with masala.
  • It is one of the tea time food in South India.
  • Mostly chicken roll is famous in TamilNadu and kerala.
  • We can find chicken roll in street side areas.

5.Puttu

  • Puttu or pittu is a breakfast dish eaten mainly in Kerala and also the parts of the TamilNadu.
  • In Malayalam language puttu means "portioned".
  • In Kerala hotels we can find puttu only in morning time.
  • Puttu is basically streamed rice flour and coconut log.
