How to get a Strong Bones

To get a strong bone we need to follow some diet  which means we must take a foods with Calcium and Vitamin D.

1.Fish





  • Fish are aquatic, gill-bearing animals.
  • Fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2.
  • Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of mineral.

2. Earning Vitamin D

  • We can earn vitamin D by receiving morning sunlight.
  • Eat more mushrooms.
  • Eat sea foods.
  • And finally include eggs in your diets.
